16 -Week Culinary Training

Secure entrance process to ensure we are providing a safe and health-conscious environment. Our four-step admission process includes a complete application (which must include a negative TB Test and a clear background check), one-on-one personal interview to get to know each prospective participant, a three-day trial experience, and a group interview.

  • Prospects receive progressive on-the-job training, classroom training and support wraparound services. 

  • All training phases come together in the real-life setting of a busy cafe allowing individuals to learn and practice both technical and employability skills in a supportive environment that fosters self-sufficiency, commitment, consistency, self-awareness, productivity, and growth.

  • Operating efficient, high quality meal production to feed the Metro’ under-resourced populations

  • 1 year Job placement with wraparound services.
